- Likewise, Rosen Law is excited to announce that Javier Casarrubias has recently joined our firm as an associate attorney. Having previously served as in house counsel for a Mexico City real estate construction and development company for four years, Javier will play a key role in our real estate and project development practice areas, including closings, trusts and condominium law.
