Mr. Carrillo is a licensed Mexican attorney whose practice focuses on real estate project development, timeshare law, gaming law, land use, and environmental law. Ricardo, Of Counsel to Rosen Law since 2006, has successfully represented multiple high-profile resorts, residential, and mixed-use real estate projects before local and federal authorities. He has over 20 years of experience advising national and international investors, developers, and operators in complex negotiations, regulatory compliance matters, and real estate developments. Ricardo also counsels clients in dispute resolution matters and is a skilled negotiator.  

For more than 10 years, Ricardo has served as local regulatory compliance counsel to a significant international timeshare company doing business in Mexico, having served on behalf of the client, on the Board of Directors of the Los Cabos Timeshare Association, and the Advisory Board of the Los Cabos Business Council (CCC). 

Ricardo graduated from law school at the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO) in 1992, the same year he began his professional career.
